The Mastergrip Blind rivet nuts are equipped with knurled bodies, thus providing better grip and higher resistance to torque after setting in soft material. The diameters of the Mastergrip Blind rivet nuts are adapted to the use of standard drill diameters.
The Masterbolt is a blind riveting bolt providing an external thread-connection and is available in 4 different thread sizes of each 4 different lengths. All Masterbolts serve an 8.8 strength class.
Countersunk head inserts offer a flush flange, meaning the head “disappears” into the material, giving it a smooth surface.
Cylindrical head blind rivet nuts reduce the risk of the insert being pulled or pushed through the hole.
Inserts with a reduced head offer the advantage of an almost flush flange.
Closed end inserts have the advantage of offering a 100% watertight connection. Meaning the thread cannot be damaged by water or dirt.
Good for use where a high resistance to turning is required, e.g. repair or servicing works.
